Is virtualbox-host-modules-arch causing my issues? I've ran it before under Arch Linux lts. I tried installing virtualbox-host-dkms but it conflicts with virtualbox-host-modules-arch. I've looked to see if there's an lts version of virtualbox that I should be running but I don't see anything for lts. Other changes in Virtualbox 5.1.24 include: VMM: mask the VME CPUID capability on AMD Ryzen processors.
